It is a life of tension without pension. A life where one greys while in the red. A life where a former high-flier becomes a lowlife and gossips can’t stop asking, “What did he/she do with the salary they earned while working?”
But it needs not be like this. Senior citizens need not gnash their teeth and curse the day they got a job. As an employer you can make that handshake more special than gold; more transformative than the one Kenya saw in March 2018.
